We’ve done our best to honor Kickstarter rewards including personally reaching out to the high tier backers regarding unfulfilled rewards. We’re looking into wrapping up the remaining high tier reward in Zenith’s last content update, Season 4.

In addition, if you have the cosmetics for life reward, please be sure to log into Zenith: Infinite Realms and make a character at least once and then contact us using the link below. We will apply the currency value to the account to be able to buy all released IAP cosmetics to date.
